There are many men who don’t orgasm. They climax and ejaculate, but this doesn’t always give full release, doesn’t involve the whole body and doesn’t lead to a flood of endorphins. One of the ‘causes’ of this is a lack of engagement — a failure to truly be aware of themselves and of their partner. The sad part of it is that they seldom know what they are missing out on.
